commissions

i. payment is expected in advance unless otherwise specified.ii. a refund may only be issued when the sketch has not yet been completed.iii. you may use the artworks created for you under the stipulation that credit is given when it is in use. no art made by me should ever be claimed as your own creation.iv. clear reference images are required.v. art provided by me should never be sold for cryptocurrency or used in the blockchain.

designs

i. be fair when selling or trading. You do not have to sell them for what you got them for but refrain from upping the price without a valid reason (additional art, art, emotional attachment, etc).ii. all of my designs have a 5 day cool down after trade/purchase. violating this cooldown is reason for watchlisting or blacklisting.iii. do not steal, copy or recolour designs that do not belong to you. colour picking is fine, as i do not own colours, but do not copy the design.iv. redesigns are permitted, however, my credit for the original design should remain.v. respect my blacklist. none of my designs should be traded or sold to anyone on my blacklist for any reason whatsoever.
